The entire packaging process is done by a team of 300 people. Packaging is done in a layered way inside a Thermocol Icebox, which is filled with ice boxes, butter sheets and aluminum sheets upon which the flowers are laid down. Layers of packing material are put on top of the flowers which are packed into small bag and arranged perfectly. The purpose of layering large Thermocol iceboxes with ice gel packs, butter paper and aluminum sheets for maintaining temperature and humidity.

Our packing of Madurai Malli and other flowers packaging is done using different types of materials so that the flowers are 100% fresh and fragrant. The flowers are sent in our packaging and carry our brand name on the package. 

The flowers that are collected at 7 pm in the evening of a day are sold at 8 am in the places or countries to which it is exported. The kind of ice packaging done for every item exported depends on the location to which it is sent. There is more packing of ice for destinations that take more time to reach.

The packing process is done meticulously so that the flowers inside will remain in perfect condition till they reach their destination. Many of the destinations that we supply to are far off, hence it is only our best quality packing that ensures that the flowers will remain intact and fragrant when they are opened by customers. We always ensure timely delivery of our products to customers.

We export only Geographical Indication certified Madurai Malli or Jasmine to various countries across the globe and have a regular demand for our flowers.
