Everyday our workers go to the farmlands to manage the task of flower cultivation. With us is a skilled workforce that can efficiently sow the seeds, water the saplings, check on plant growth and then pluck the buds as they sprout. We employ some 100 to 200 workers for carrying out the task of flower production, weighing, stringing and loading onto flight and they manage these operations with diligence.

They will only collect buds which are of the correct size and proportion, after which they are brought to our regular store. It is here that these buds will then be weighed carefully, strung together to form string and garlands in our store in the marketplace. The stringing process goes on for hours and is done carefully so that the outcome is impressive to customers. The loose buds, strings and garlands are carefully packed into iceboxes with appropriate amount of ice so that they stay in fresh condition till they reach customer destination. These icebox packages are then loaded carefully onto flights that leave to various destinations from Madurai. The packing has remained intact till the flowers have reached customers in distant locations, which can be accessed only by flight.
